Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is an evidence-based approach to treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP works by gradually exposing individuals to the situations and thoughts that provoke their anxiety and teaching them how to respond without engaging in the compulsive behavior. Through ERP, individuals can learn to better manage their OCD symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Family Therapy

Family therapy is a type of therapy that helps families and couples find solutions to their problems and build stronger relationships. It provides a safe and confidential environment where family members can talk openly and honestly about their feelings, concerns and difficulties. Through this process, families can learn new ways of communicating and gain a greater understanding of each other.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy at our practice offers evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals with anxiety, depression, and more. Through CBT, individuals can learn to identify and challenge unhealthy patterns of thinking and create healthier, more productive ways of living.

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy provides a safe space to explore and express the feelings that come with the loss of a loved one. It offers an opportunity to process the emotions and thoughts associated with the loss, as well as to develop coping skills to help manage the grief. Through grief therapy, individuals can find hope and healing, and learn to embrace the new reality of life without their loved one.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is an invaluable service that helps couples gain insight into their relationship patterns and dynamics. Our experienced therapists provide a safe, non-judgmental space for couples to explore their concerns and build healthier communication skills. Our goal is to help partners create a more fulfilling and harmonious relationship.

Individuals identifying as LGBT+ may present to therapy for concerns such as identity development, coming-out, or discrimination.  I look forward to treating your concerns without assumption, bias, or stigma. I also offer letter writing services for HRT and gender affirming surgery.
